Ōtautahi Christchurch marked their calendars as World Buskers Festival returned from 23 January to 1 February 2026, bringing ten days of wild, world-class street performance back to the heart of the city. With the dates locked in, it became another unforgettable summer of comedy, cabaret, circus, and chaos, as local legends and global stars transformed Ōtautahi into one giant stage. Whānau came along and experienced the magic.
World Buskers Festival used the LiVS site at 110 Cashel Street across this time, so visitors were encouraged to swing by and check it out.
