New shop full of real gems (Christchurch Press)
Anissa Victoria's Vintage Market started post-quake, moving around the CBD until it found a regular space at the Pallet Pavilion. The market featured vintage clothing, jewellery, records, crafts, collectables, silverware, military merchandise, bric a brac, homemade food, books, accessories, food stalls, live music & entertainment.
The market grew into a more permanent fixture with a move to LIVS Cathedral Junction, where it hosted vintage retailers as well as makeup classes and an artist in residence. The sound of early jazz tunes on the turntable and suitcases full of cut-price accessories are out on the pavement to lure people in.
